When you book an airport pickup, give us your flight number. We track flights in real time, day and night, so your driver knows if you are landing early or running late and plans around when you actually arrive, whether that is at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. For departures, we suggest a pickup time that leaves proper room for traffic, check in and security, so you are not watching the clock from the back seat.
A flat rate, not a meter
Your price is confirmed by phone or email and locked in when you book. There is no meter running and no surge pricing when it rains or the 401 backs up, and there is no charge until your trip is confirmed. What you are quoted is what you pay.

Where will my chauffeur meet me at Toronto Pearson, Terminal 1 or Terminal 3?
On arrivals, your chauffeur parks and meets you inside the terminal at the limo greeting area with a name sign, at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, then helps with your bags and walks you to the car. If you would rather be picked up at the curb or at a specific door, just tell us when you book.
