We strictly follow our company’s privacy policies. These privacy policies are in place to safeguard our client’s personal information. • If a flight is delayed, there will be no waiting time fee for pickups from the airport, but there will be a waiting time fee of $ 10 per 15 minutes if the pickup is from a location other than airport.
• If a change is necessary, we require 24 hours’ notice; if not, a rescheduling cost of 30% of the base fare will be charged.
• For local pickup and drop-off, we demand 24 hours’ notice, and for cross-border pickup and drop-off, we require 48 hours’ notice prior to the booked pick-up time; otherwise, a cancellation fee of 50% of the base rate will be charged.
• A 100% fare will be charged if a scheduled pickup is cancelled at the time of the scheduled pick-up time or No-show.

The information we collect is to make your trip as convenient and pleasant as possible. We collect the following personal information from our customers (Please do not provide us with any information if you are under the age of 18, we do not intentionally collect any information from persons under the age of 18):

• Customer’s Name
• Email and phone number
• Pickup address
• Drop off address
• Credit Card for reservation

The information is being collected to arrange a suitable and preferred ride for you, to respond to the requests submitted by you and to complete the transaction of requested services. We do not share or disclose the collected information with a third party, it will be protected and safeguarded within our organization on a secure server.  

Refunds

Please contact customer service for any concerns regarding refunds. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
