When do I pay for my booking?
Not when you send the form. This is a booking request, and there is no charge until we confirm your flat rate by phone or email. You can choose to pay on pickup or by phone, or add a card, which is encrypted and never charged until your trip is confirmed.
How quickly will you confirm my flat rate?
Usually within 30 minutes, by phone or email. The price we confirm is the price you pay: no meter, no surge pricing, and no hidden airport fees.
What if my flight is early or delayed?
Add your flight number in step 1. We track it in real time and move your pickup to match your actual landing, and arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.
Can I add a child seat, meet and greet or extra stops?
Yes. Choose them under Extras in step 2. Child seats and boosters are free on request, and any other extras are included in the flat rate we confirm before you are charged.
Can I book the same day or late at night?
Yes. We run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Same-day and after-hours bookings are welcome, subject to availability. For a ride in the next few hours, calling (647) 525-5466 is the fastest way.
