- If a flight is delayed, there will be no waiting time fee for pickups from the airport, but there will be a waiting time fee of $ 10 per 15 minutes if the pickup is from a location other than airport.
- If a change is necessary, we require 24 hours’ notice; if not, a rescheduling cost of 30% of the base fare will be charged.
- For local pickup and drop-off, we demand 24 hours’ notice, and for cross-border pickup and drop-off, we require 48 hours’ notice prior to the booked pick-up time; otherwise, a cancellation fee of 50% of the base rate will be charged.
- A 100% fare will be charged if a scheduled pickup is cancelled at the time of the scheduled pick-up time or No-show.

Please contact customer service for any concerns regarding refunds. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
