These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pearson GTA Limo website and the chauffeured transportation services we provide across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings & Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the trip details you provide and are confirmed once we accept your reservation. Please ensure your pickup and drop-off details, dates, and contact information are accurate. We will confirm your booking by phone or email.

Pricing & Payment

Fares are quoted on a flat-rate or hourly basis depending on the service selected. Applicable taxes, tolls, parking, and gratuity may apply and will be communicated where relevant. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Cancellations & Changes

Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or modify a reservation. Cancellation and change policies may apply depending on the service and timing; our team will confirm any applicable terms at the time of booking.

Conduct & Vehicle Care

For the safety of all passengers, we ask that riders comply with local laws and the driver’s reasonable instructions. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip.

Service Reliability

We monitor flights and traffic to provide timely service, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
